Privacy Policy

When you register or use Metric Build, we collect:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your password — this is stored in hashed form; we never store or have access to your actual password
• Business and project details you submit through the platform (e.g. firm name, commercial license documents, project quotes, and category-specific information for your account type)

We use this information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Verify your identity — including sending a one-time verification code (OTP) to your phone number via WhatsApp
• Provide the core Metric Build service: managing quotes, projects, and procurement between clients and professionals
• Communicate with you about your account, such as security notices or support requests

Your data is stored securely in Supabase, a managed database platform. Access to your data is restricted by row-level security rules, meaning only your own account can read or modify your own records under normal use. Sensitive operations (like verifying a WhatsApp code) run through protected server-side code that never exposes your data directly to other users or the public internet.

Your phone number is used specifically to send you a one-time verification code via WhatsApp, using Meta's WhatsApp Business API. We do not use your phone number for marketing messages, and it is not shared with any WhatsApp contacts or made visible to other users of the platform.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Information you provide is used only to operate and improve Metric Build, and is shared only with the service providers strictly necessary to run the platform (such as our database provider and WhatsApp's messaging API), each of whom is bound to handle your data securely.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide you the service. If you would like your account and personal data deleted, contact us at scheduley.kw@gmail.com and we will process your request.

We may update this policy from time to time as the platform evolves. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date above.
